Frequently asked questions about gmat practice quizzes
What changed in the GMAT Focus Edition?
The exam is now 2 hours 15 minutes (down from 3h 7m). Sentence Correction and AWA were removed. The new Data Insights section combines Integrated Reasoning, data sufficiency, and graph interpretation. Total score range is 205-805.
What is a good GMAT Focus score?
655+ is competitive at most M7 schools (Wharton, Stanford, HBS, etc.) on the new scale. The 50th percentile is around 545. Score requirements vary by programme - check each school's class profile for specifics.
How do I prepare for the Data Insights section?
Practise data sufficiency daily - it's the hardest format for most test-takers. Then add graph interpretation and table analysis. Most candidates need 4-6 weeks of dedicated DI prep on top of general Quant work.
Can I generate a GMAT-style critical reasoning quiz?
Yes - choose "critical reasoning" in QuizFlex and the AI generates question types matching the GMAT format: assumption, strengthen, weaken, inference, and bold-faced.
