QuizFlex AI ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect when you use our website and services, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. Our service uses AI to generate quizzes from user-provided content. Generated content may contain inaccuracies; you should always review and verify results before using them in any setting.

Information We Collect

• Account data: name, email address, authentication identifiers.
• Content you provide: uploaded files, text, topics, screenshots, and instructions to generate quizzes.
• Google Workspace data (optional): if you connect Google, we receive your Google account email, a read-only list of your Classroom courses, and tokens needed to create Forms and Classroom assignments you request.
• Usage data: app interactions, device information, approximate location, and logs for reliability and security.
• Payment data: managed by our processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Cookies: required for authentication, preferences, and analytics.

How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the quiz generation and dashboard features.
• Personalize experiences, including language and theme settings.
• Secure our platform, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
• Communicate with you about updates, security, and support.
• Analyze aggregate usage to improve product quality and performance.

Sharing

We share data only as needed to provide the service:

• Hosting & database: Supabase for storage, authentication, and logs.
• AI processing: OpenAI, Google Gemini, or equivalent providers process content you upload to QuizFlex (such as PDFs, text, or topics) solely to generate the quizzes and related features you request. QuizFlex does not use that content to create, train, or improve foundational or generalized AI/ML models. Google Workspace API user data is not sent to AI providers and is not used to train models. See Google Workspace Limited Use below.
• Google Workspace: when you export or assign a quiz, we send the quiz you selected to Google Forms or Google Classroom on your behalf. That destination is your Google account, not an AI training pipeline.
• Payments: Stripe for billing and subscription management.
• Email: SMTP provider for transactional emails.

Legal Disclosures: We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to respond to DMCA takedown notices, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

Content Processing: By using our Service, you acknowledge that content you upload may be processed by AI services solely to provide the requested feature. Do not upload content that you are not authorized to share or that contains sensitive information you do not want processed by third-party AI services.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined here, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated content at any time.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
